| A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to exchanging or replacing any product. You are required to call 330-493-0707 to be assigned your personal RMA number, & also so that TLC can help with any issue or problem you've experienced.
With the exception of custom blended or embroidered pillows, TLC will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unopened package in its original state for up to 30 days after delivery. TLC is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred & a 15% restocking charge will be added to your order for this service.
We will replace any opened but defective product with an identical product for up to 30 days after delivery, as well as cover any shipping charges incurred.
