With the exception of Custom Blended pillows, TLC will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unopened package in its original state for up to 30 days after delivery. TLC is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred & a 15% restocking charge will be added to your order for this service.

We will replace any opened but defective product with an identical product for up to 30 days after delivery, as well as cover any shipping charges incurred.
