At TLC, every order is treated with priority & care. Your order is important to us & our goal is to get your product to you as fast as possible. Due to the fact that we custom design & fill most of our pillows on an individual basis, you can expect to receive your pillow(s) in approximately 3 weeks. The holidays present an additional set of challenges; if you are ordering our pillows for gifts, or have a certain deadline date to meet, please email us first to find out how long production should take until your product is ready to ship.

Due to the weight of our pillows, we discovered it was most cost effective to ship them to our customers via USPS Priority Mail. . . This is a guide line for approximate S&H costs:

3 oz. to 1 1/2 lb. ~  $ 5.20 

1 3/4 lb. to 10 lb. ~ $10.20

11 lb. to 15 lb. ~    $13.40

16 lb. to 25 lb. ~    $23.60

Your exact total will be calculated on your TLC order confirmation email , which we will send to you shortly after placing your order.  

If you desire 'tracking information' we will provide that for you upon request. Simply email us to receive a prompt response on the current location of your package. 

If you have special instructions for delivery, or if your order is a gift, & you would like the invoice to be left out of the shipment, please let us know that in the 'Message' section of your order... your email confirmation will then be your receipt. We will not indicate “gift” on the package, or claim the shipment is of a lesser than actual value.
